How can I contact your customer support?

You can reach our friendly customer support person by using the form above or emailing support@maryjanemommy.com. We are a small shop and will get back to you as quickly as we can.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@maryjanemommy.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and confirmed its unused condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long does it take to process an order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact support@maryjanemommy.com and we will look into it for you.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, not at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB... see the rest in the footer of the website). You can also use Apple Pay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Alternatively, you can log into your account on our website to view the order status and tracking information.

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
